Insurance Reimbursement

There are so many different insurance companies and coverage plans, but many plans will reimburse you for our classes. Please review your specific plan guidelines to confirm. If your plan will reimburse payment, please download and complete the form below, and, along with your receipt/proof of payment, submit to your insurance company for reimbursement after taking the class. Prepare the Nest is NOT able to submit claims directly to the insurance company.

 

Please note that most company FSA (flexible spending account) programs allow reimbursement for childbirth preparation classes, so it's likely that you can use your Visa or Mastercard affiliated FSA card to pay for your Prepare the Nest classes when registering.
