Early Pregnancy Class

This class will cover what to expect physically and emotionally during pregnancy, prenatal testing offered through your clinic, and comfort techniques for aches and pains. The role of your medical caregivers and what to expect at your appointments will be discussed. Along with nutritional recommendations and requirements, and how to plan for the best pregnancy possible.

Class Details

  • Ideal for couples in their first trimester or early second trimester

  • Class sizes are typically 4-8 couples

  • This is a one hour class

  • This class is FREE, but registration is required

  • When registering, please select Quantity ‘1’ per couple
