In-person at Prepare the Nest studio -- This class should be taken during the First Trimester (support partners welcome)
Covers topics such as as nutrition, exercise, common symptoms in pregnancy, when to call the doctor, fetal development and prenatal screening.
This class does NOT include a tour of any hospital maternity facilities. Please schedule a free tour through your hospital on a different date.
