Eastside - Early Pregnancy Class (FREE)

THIS CLASS WILL BE HELD ONLINE

For women in their First Trimester (support partners welcome)

Covers topics such as as nutrition, exercise, common symptoms in pregnancy, when to call the doctor, fetal development and prenatal screening. 

Notice* This MAY not be the clinic you normally attend. Several offices sound similar. Please look at the address closely. 

Park in the Central (Blue) parking garage. Clinic is on the 2nd floor of the hospital (Coral section). Just around the corner from the gift shop and pharmacy.

Feel free to bring your own drinks and snacks (coffee is not provided). Doors open at 10 minutes prior to class.

This 1 hour class does NOT include a tour of any hospital maternity facilities. Please schedule a free tour through your hospital on a different date.
