PTN Studio - Childbirth, Newborn Care & Breastfeeding

We've created an amazing curriculum of classes to prep you for parenthood and give you confidence for what lies ahead! We invite you and your support person to learn, laugh and enjoy as you sit back and relax in our exclusive group classes given at a time and location convenient for you. We recommend registering for prenatal classes by your fifth month of pregnancy. Plan to complete your prenatal classes 4-6 weeks before your due date.

We will discuss the labor process and guidelines to go to the hospital, as well as coping skills such as Lamaze breathing and relaxation techniques, pain medication options, C-sections, inductions and what to expect post-delivery.

There will be an hour lunch break before the second half of the day, where you are welcome to enjoy one of the local restaurants or bring your own lunch to enjoy in the classroom.
